We proudly introduce two new Zero Tonics in our premium mixers range: VIKOS Zero Tonic and VIKOS Zero Pink Grapefruit Tonic. Both are crafted with VIKOS Natural Mineral Water as their base, blending quality, authenticity, and creativity — exactly as the bar industry demands.
To achieve the perfect result, we invested in extensive research and development (R&D) with the goal of creating a flavor profile that stands on equal ground with classic choices, just without the added sugar. The challenge was great, but the outcome proves that the balance between indulgence and “Zero” can be absolute.
For the strategic launch of the VIKOS Zero Mixers range into the demanding Ho.Re.Ca channel, we joined forces with Konstantinos Theodorakopoulos and Alexandros Tselepís, the renowned duo behind The Bar in Front of the Bar, ranked No. 47 in The World’s 50 Best Bars. Through this collaboration, we bring the creativity and expertise of bartending to the very core of product development.
The new range will be launched in December, exclusively in the hospitality market.
