2,000 New Trees from VIKOS natural mineral water in Chios and Northern Evia

On the occasion of World Earth Day, VIKOS natural mineral water is implementing initiatives with measurable environmental and social impact.

VIKOS natural mineral water reaffirms its commitment to environmental protection through targeted actions that deliver meaningful and measurable benefits for both the environment and society. Guided by its enduring philosophy, “living in harmony, operating responsibly,” the VIKOS brand actively contributes to shaping a modern model of responsible entrepreneurship.

In collaboration with the environmental organization we4all, VIKOS Natural Mineral Water carried out two focused tree-planting initiatives in areas with increased need for environmental restoration and biodiversity enhancement. In Chios, 1,000 olive trees were delivered, contributing to the regeneration of the local land and the strengthening of agricultural activity, while in Northern Evia, 1,000 fruit-bearing saplings were distributed, significantly supporting the region’s environmental recovery.

These initiatives are part of a broader, long-term sustainability plan that the VIKOS brand has been implementing since 1996, consistently investing in reforestation and environmental restoration actions. To date, the total contribution of VIKOS natural mineral water amounts to 19,721 saplings.
